ShannaMade comfort pads can be used for hot or cold therapy. The U shape design conforms to neck and the flat design is also comfortable to lie on. It can also be easily wrapped around your aches or pains. Simply put in microwave to use hot or stick in freezer to be ready when you need it for cold use. Each will come in a clear protective bag tied with jute twine and an inspirational message.

Each ShannaMade neck wrap is approximately 20"L X 6.25" W, made with cotton material and filled with rice.
